Warm and Welcoming Lodging in Sunapee, NH

All of the guest rooms at Dexter’s Inn are warm, welcoming and comfortable. Our spacious bed and breakfast is an ideal destination for your getaway near Lake Sunapee or Mt. Sunapee. Each guest room has a private bathroom and each is unique in size and decoration. A brief description of our guest accommodations, and price information, appear below.

*Rates: Prices for guest rooms in the Main House and the Annex range from $150 to $250 per night and price for the cottage ranges from $450 to $500 per night, plus 8.5% tax, based upon double occupancy. Prices vary depending upon the time of the year, the day of the week, the length of the stay, the size of the room, and the location of the room.

Main House Rooms

Rates: $150-$250*

The Main House – 10 guest bedrooms, each with private bath. Rooms vary in size, view, and have either king or double beds. Each room is decorated differently, but all feature a consistent New England colonial feel. Each room can accommodate at least two guests, and some can accommodate 3-4 guests. All 10 guest bedrooms in the Main House are located on the second floor and require walking up one flight of stairs. Pets are not allowed in the Main House building.

The Annex

Annex Rooms

Rates: $175-$225*

The Annex – 7 guest bedrooms each with private bath. Rooms vary in size, view, and type of bedding and have either king or queen beds. Many rooms in the Annex easily accommodate 3-4 people. Because the Annex is located across the street from the Main Inn, some guests feel that the Annex rooms offer a greater sense of independence and privacy. Guests staying in the Annex rooms walk across the street to enjoy the inn’s common rooms for breakfast. Five of the seven guest bedrooms in the Annex are located on the first floor. Pets are allowed in the annex rooms by special advance arrangement.

The Cottage

Cottage

Rates: $450-$500*

The Cottage – Two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage, which sleeps up to 10 guests. Ideal for larger families, groups and guests interested in an extended stay. The cottage features a screened porch, living room, dining room, gas fireplace, satellite TV, free wireless Internet, washer/dryer and a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, dishes, glasses, silverware, and cookware. Pets are allowed in the Cottage by special advance arrangement.
